  1. This service is only available for existing patients of the clinic.
  2. Requests for repeat prescriptions may take up to two business days to be processed (unless chosen as urgent)
  3. Delivery via mail may take up 3- 5 business days to arrive. If you require your prescription earlier, we advise that you to collect these from the clinic directly.
  4. Each request is assessed by a doctor who will approve or decline the request on clinical grounds. If the request is declined, you will be advised to make an appointment in-person.
  5. A fee is charged for each request. Urgent requests have a higher fee.
  6. For referrals please write full details of the specialist and reason for referral. If you would like us to fax it, please add an up to date fax number
  7. For medical certificates, please let us know the reason in detail and whether you need it faxed, emailed or pick up from clinic (can only be issued for single day)
  8. Repeat prescriptions for addictive medication including benzodiazepines and opiates are not provided using this service.
  9. TALK TO A DOCTOR Service is only for routine phone calls (not for urgent matters). Talk to your doctor via telephone from the comfort of your home or office at any time* that suits you. No waiting rooms, no receptionists, just a direct line to one of our friendly doctors within clinic times. Phone consults have been set up for 5 minutes and charged accordingly.
  10. No Medicare rebates are available for above services (Please check with your private Health Insurance regarding coverage)
